I work one-on-one with clients exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, focusing on form, progressive overload and personalized coaching to ensure each session is effective and aligned with your goals.

Outside of our in-person sessions, I provide weekly check-ins and customized workout programs tailored to your needs, whether you prefer training at home or in the gym. This hybrid structure empowers you to stay consistent, build confidence and make steady progress throughout the week, with expert support always within reach.
